About Thomas Coulborn & Sons
Jonathan Coulborn, grandson of the founders, is at the helm of Thomas Coulborn & Sons and continues to cement an international reputation amongst collectors, decorators and museum curators for discovering and presenting items of great interest and integrity.
Jonathan worked for Sotheby's in Sussex, London and Madrid before returning to the family business in 1999. He has lectured on Furniture History in the UK and in Spain, served as Chairman of the British Antique Dealers' Association (BADA), Chairman of Vetting at the BADA Fair and Chairman of the BADA Fair and the business is a member of the BADA. The Treasure House Fair
27 June - 2 July 2024 The Treasure House Fair is nestled within the grounds of the historic Royal Hospital Chelsea in London. Six days in late June offer a very special blend of art and design. At the Fair 70 of the world's top dealers gather to show their finest works, all vetted by independent experts. This unique event brings together carefully selected dealers, each a leader in their field.
Set against the backdrop of the historic Royal Hospital Chelsea in London, the fair offers a captivating blend of art and design. The spacious aisles, high ceilings, and inviting ambience create an exceptional experience, complemented by a special garden terrace and a range of refreshments to cater to every visitor’s desires.
The Treasure House Fair founders, Thomas Woodham-Smith and Harry Van der Hoorn, were co-founders of the original Masterpiece fair in 2009. Now in 2024, after a successful first edition of this new venture, they again combine their enthusiasm and expertise to create, with the exhibitors, a new experience against the familiar backdrop of Christopher Wren’s astonishing site.
